			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span>In 1John 1:9 we read, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.”<span> </span>The first part of this verse describes our part.<span> </span>It is our job to confess or admit our sin and ask forgiveness.<span> </span>The rest describes the Lord’s part: to cleanse us of our unforgiveness, bitterness, resentment, and hatred.<span> </span>We must simply admit these sins and make a choice to cancel someone’s debt of an apology they owe us.<span> </span>When we do, the Lord will heal us, removing the pain and the negative messages in our heart.</span></p>
