How long do they gather to plan each year strategizing problem areas amenably with varying temperaments, languages and rules of engagement? Who is included in planning and membership rights; how are the ups, downs, calamities and great joys dealt with each year as they determine theme, organizational structure and amiably put together all the booths, venues and multiple staging of continuous entertainment, highlighted by a Midnight Mass for workers on Saturday night/Sunday morning. What is the mission, vision and purpose of DIFI? How are they faring with all the uproars throughout the world, does it affect DIFI in Dayton, OH? Ethnicity is alive andwell in Dayton, and growing new communities arrive and stay here! Why do they call Dayton, Ohio home now?
