The best way to maintain health and fight illness is to use the five steps in my Five-Step Jump Start Program, which include:

  • 1) eating a well-balanced “jump-start” diet
  • 2) detoxifying regularly to eliminate toxins
  • 3) using enzyme, vitamin, and mineral supplements
  • 4) exercising daily
  • 5) having a positive mental attitude (which includes prayer)
