Most authorities believe that diet is at the heart of many different types of cancer. In fact, the World Health Organization says that our diets contribute to at least 30% of all cancers in the U.S. and other Western countries. A poor diet can increase your odds of developing cancer, just as a healthy diet can help you to reduce your risk of cancer. I will discuss the foods that promote cancer and those that fight cancer, such as the foods I ate to beat melanoma. Also, prayer and meditation are used to reduce stress and to give supernatural support.

Many of today’s most serious deseases and disorders could be avoided just by changing our lifestyle and especially our nutrition. The modern American diet is high in calories, yet low in nutrients.
