Francesca Franchina, MS Ed talks with retired sales manager and sales trainer for Butler Systems, Paul Coudron, the highly creative, high octane Executive Director of Life Resource Center, and The Dayton Pro-Life Education Foundation about the endeavors, work and successes of the local Life Resources Center staff and volunteers who keep The Stork Nest (emergency baby pantry); the three levels of parenting classes, and so many pro-life local services running smoothly and efficiently. How do local pro-life ministries manage to keep current on Pro-Life connections in Columbus, OH to know what is happening in legislation concerning pro life movement interests and Right to Life nationally, statewide and locally? The Life Resource Center of Dayton has hosted family and team/organization fun with the Third Annual L K Hausfeld Ride For Life and Celebration to be held Saturday, July 27, 2013 on area bike paths with endurance/mileage categories from 6-100 miles; starting and finishing at The Life Centre 425 E. Findlay St., Dayton, OH. Individuals, families, and bike teams will gather in a celebration after the ride, with pizza, DQ Bars, the wonderful music of Nick Cardilino and $6000 worth of donated door prizes for the participants. Hear about the all new biking adventure: The University of Dayton to Notre Dame Right To Life Bike Ride beginning on the UD campus Wednesday, July 31st, with participants biking 240 miles with stop overs in Minster, OH Decatur, IN, Winona Lake Indiana/Grace College and ending at the University of Notre Dame in Indiana.

The Rural-Urban Mass – June 12, 2012

 Francesca Franchina MS Ed.  chats with Deacon Marty Brown of Holy Rosary Parish in St. Marys, OH, Pam Long, Regional Director for The Catholic Social Action Office, and Willard Dahlinghaus of Minster, OH  about the upcoming Rural-Urban Mass celebrated by  Bishop Joseph Binzer at Ron and Deb Wilker’s Farm, 10675 Tri-Township Rd. St. Mary’s, Ohio on Thursday, June 21, 2012  in their huge family farm  tool shed that seats 300!  Learn about old and new traditions getting back to the roots of this traditional Mass and the inauguration of The  Catholic Century Farm Registry ( sixteen farming families in the northern area of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati  will be honored this year as  families that have been farming the same land for one hundred years).
