Sacred Relics of The Saints – April 6, 2011

Francesca Franchina speaks with Father¬† John Fletcher CC ¬†and Father Carlos Martin, CC¬†regarding¬†Father Martin’s ¬†very special ministry¬† teaching ¬†about the Sacred Relics of The Saints: Treasures of the Church and the program to be presented Wednesday April 6 at St. Anthony of Padua Parish in Dayton, OH¬† after the Stations of the Cross beginning at 7:00 PM. Following his talk, Fr. Carlos will exhibit over 150 relics some of which are believed to be very very old.¬† Among the 150 relics will be those of St. Anthony of Padua, St. Therese of Lisieux, St. Maria Goretti, St. Francis of Assisi,¬†St. Thomas Acquinas, St. Faustina,¬†and one of the largest remaining pieces of the True Cross and what¬†is believed to be a¬†piece of the veil of Our Lady.¬†¬†
